This training have put the countless pieces of many puzzles together in my mind. Having worked with so many different methods on change management, I've felt like I've lacked the common understanding on how change can really be done wholeheartedly from A to Z. I feel like this training really did, and it brought up my excitement about change management yet again. So thank you!
