I learned that you cannot change everything to be perfect but to start and just move people step by step and to scale what is needed of CM for your specific situation.

Very good course and a valuable learning in terms of CM. Both the importance and how to use it.

Practice, tools, vocabulary, methods, knowledge. A bit too much for the time we had, that can make you "log out" and the effect will be neart learning anyway.

Very skillful instructor! Very trustworthy. Good variation knowledge and exercide, including fun. In the invitation mail be more explicit about the preparations needed and why =)

Structure of CM.

The material is dense for 3 days, but the exellence in dynamics and teaching methodologies made it seamless and facilitated understanding. Great teachers are extremely important.
