Sustainability scholarship
This page outlines the Terms and Conditions for the finduddannelse.dk Sustainability Scholarship
In these Terms and Conditions:
- "scholarship" refers to the finduddannelse.dk Sustainability Scholarship
- "we", "us," "our" or "finduddannelse.dk" refers to Keystone Education Group ApS
- "you" or "your" refers to you as the scholarship applicant
By submitting an application for this scholarship, it is understood that you have read and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Applications
1.1 Scholarship eligibility
To apply for this sustainability scholarship, you must:
- Have started, applied (or will apply) to a master's program that can help you make the world more sustainable
- Be studying a program that isn't an online program
- You must meet the entry requirements for the university or graduate school, including:
- Hold a valid undergraduate degree
- Meet language requirements for the program
- You must hold or be eligible to apply for a relevant study visa (if applicable)
You must meet these eligibility requirements in order to be considered for this scholarship. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, we will disqualify your application. You will not receive notification of disqualification.
Applications must be submitted in English or Danish. Applications in other languages will not be considered.
1.2 Application deadline
All applications must be submitted through the official online form and completed by the 22d of September 2022. On this date, we will close the application form and no further submissions will be allowed. After submitting your application it will not be possible to edit it.
Any applications submitted to us by means other than the official online form will not be considered. Please do not email or post us your applications.
1.3 Submitting false or misleading information
All information included in your application and in any further communication regarding this scholarship must be, to the best of your knowledge, correct at the time of submission.
Purposefully providing false or misleading information is an offence. If we know or have reason to believe that you have provided false or misleading information, we may disqualify your application. If the scholarship has already been paid, you will be liable to repay to us the total sum of the scholarship awarded.
2. Awarding the sustainability scholarship
2.1 Criteria and selection
The scoring criteria are at our discretion, and will be dependent on the number and quality of applications received. While we will not disclose the exact application scoring criteria, we strive to be as fair and consistent in our scoring as possible in order to ultimately award the scholarship to someone who fits the closest with our ideal candidate (outlined on the scholarship landing page).
2.2 Accepting the scholarship
If you are selected as the scholarship winner, you will receive an official "offer" via email from 10th of October 2022, and must reply either accepting or rejecting this offer within 7 days of receiving the offer.
Failure to respond within this 7-day period may result in the scholarship offer being withdrawn and reassigned to another applicant.
2.3 Additional documentation
The winner will be required to submit additional documentation online to support their application. This may include:
- Proof of acceptance into the university in the form of an acceptance letter
- Proof of undergraduate qualification in the form of a transcript
- Proof of identity in the form of a passport
Please have these documents on-hand should we ask to see them (which is highly likely).
We will accept photocopies or scans of the documents listed above. Submitting low-quality copies of the documents may result in disqualification.
2.4 Announcing the winner
All applicants will be notified of the scholarship winner via email to the email address supplied in the application form. This email will be sent from the 10th of October 2022 after the winner has officially accepted their scholarship.
2.5 Change of circumstances
When we select and contact the scholarship winner, we require you to notify us if, for any reason, your circumstances have changed since submitting your application, resulting in information you originally supplied being out-of-date or invalid. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment of funds
We will make payment of funds in a single installment directly to the university/educational institution on your behalf. We do not make payment of funds to the student.
Payment of funds will be organized with the university and may take some time depending on the university's specific regulations and processes surrounding the payment of sponsored funds. Thus, we cannot guarantee a specific payment date.
The total value of the scholarship offered will be outlined in the official offer email. We reserve the right to offer any value of funds, up to the value of 5 000 euros. If the tuition fees are 5 000 euros or higher, the student will be awarded 5 000 euros. If the tuition fees fall below 5 000 euros students will only be awarded the scholarship up to the tuition cost.
3.2 Taxation
We are not responsible for and cannot provide you with financial advice on taxation matters. The information provided here is of a general nature only and does not take into account your individual financial circumstances.
3.3 Privacy / Use of personal information / finduddannelse.dk ambassador
If you are offered the scholarship, you agree on becoming a finduddannelse.dk ambassador. Meaning, your details including your name, school, photograph, and scholarship awarded will be featured on our websites and social media, as well as passed on to media for the purpose of promoting our brand, the scholarship, and future scholarships.
You allow us to contact you and be at our disposal for a short interview when receiving the sustainability scholarship, an interview while studying your master's degree and an interview after your study. The articles will be published at finduddannelse.dk and shared on our Facebook site.
By accepting the scholarship, you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, the advertising copy or other matter that may be used to promote finduddannelse.dk as well as this and any other future scholarships.

3.4 Scholarship cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel the scholarship program at any point.

We will not provide feedback on applications.
