From CBA to MBA
The AVT educational concept consists of two major education programs; the CBA program and the MBA program. If you complete the CBA with good results you may continue onto the MBA program.
The CBA program has uniquely been designed as a "Mini-MBA"
But for a start the CBA program is most likely all you need - it has been designed as a "mini-MBA" giving you a self-contained education that you can put to immediate practical use. This is a unique design.

CBA is an exciting journey in the field of management which will give you a powerful toolbox in general management.
Besides the monthly sessions at Copenhagen Marriott, you will work with a unique e-learning program called "Developing as a a Leader" and travel to Cambridge, USA, to visit the Harvard Faculty Club at Harvard University and Harvard Business School. Also, at the end of the program, you will test your skills and compete in groups in the challenging 3-day management simulation exercise "The Protean Strategist." But best of all, the new knowledge and insights will be of immediate use in your daily work. You will write projects based on your own challenges at work and apply your new skills and use the new tools. And as a bonus you will have a new network of highly capable managers to draw upon - just like they will be drawing upon you.
